We source and procure the highest quality fruits and vegetables available direct through shipper growers and brokers from around the world.   Our philosophy is simple:   Partner with the best growers in the industry.   The old proverb is true:   You get what you pay for.   That's more true in fresh produce than most other industries and commerce.   We do business on the basis of integrity, paying our bills promptly, developing strong, trusting relationships with our suppliers, demanding rigid quality specifications.   Most important, we partner with growers who take food safety as seriously as we do.   Our purchasing staff is one of the most experienced in the industry.   Each buyer gathers a wealth of data, such as:
